Contract & Funding Specialist
NFS Leasing is an independent equipment leasing company, serving growth-oriented companies in a variety of fields. NFS specializes in leasing technology equipment, scientific and medical equipment, as well as robotic, agricultural and construction equipment. Having helped a wide array of businesses grow for more than a decade, we are approaching a billion dollars in lease originations.
We are a looking to add an individual to our talented team of Contract & Funding Specialists who are responsible for coordinating with our sales, credit, legal and accounting teams to ensure the leasing process goes smoothly from beginning to end and beyond.
Corporate Transactions Attorney
NFS Leasing is currently seeking a Corporate Transactions Attorney to join our legal team and provide support for a wide variety of commercial and corporate matters relevant to NFS’s business activities.
The Attorney will be responsible for assisting the General Counsel with all corporate matters including lease/finance transactions, secured transactions, drafting and negotiating various types of contracts, advising on legal risk and corporate deal structures, and working closely with our contracts and sales teams.
National Leasing Sales Executive
NFS Leasing Inc. is seeking candidates to join our National Sales Team as a National Leasing Sales Executive. The ideal candidate would have had at least (5) years in equipment financing. This candidate will possess a strong business acumen and experience in working with C-Level customers.
The Sales Representative’s primary objective will be to develop broker, customer and vendor relationships within the assigned territory and drive lease originations. The core competency of NFS Leasing is to provide equipment leasing to customers that are VC Backed, startup, or simply credit challenged. Deal sizes range from $100K-$15M.
