Mark Blaisdell is Chief Financial Officer, Chief Credit Officer and a Principal of NFS Leasing. Prior to NFS Leasing, he served as Vice President and Regional Controller for MTM Technologies where he assisted with the successful integration of NEXL, where he had served as Vice President of Finance and Operations prior to that acquisition.

Dean Oliver
PRINCIPAL
Dean Oliver is a Principal of NFS Leasing, bringing more than 30 years of finance, operations, manufacturing and technology experience to the firm. Prior to joining NFS Leasing, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of NEXL Inc. Dean received a B.A. in Political Studies with a minor in History from Gordon College, and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Boston College. In his spare time, Dean enjoys playing guitar and motorcycle touring.
Ashley Whyman
VP & GENERAL COUNSEL
Ashley Whyman joined NFS Leasing as Vice President and General Counsel in 2016. Ashley brings with her 10 years of experience representing clients’ interests in a wide array of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining NFS Leasing, Ashley practiced law in the litigation department and with the bankruptcy and creditors’ rights group at a mid-sized law firm with offices in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Emily Silva
DIRECTOR OF LEASING SERVICES
Emily Silva is Director of Leasing Services at NFS Leasing, and responsible for new customer on-boarding and database management. Prior to joining NFS in 2008, Emily held a variety of customer service, marketing and management positions including roles at Cheng & Tsui, the leading publisher of Asian language textbooks, real estate industry leader Coldwell Banker, and fashion house Kenneth Cole.
Patty DiBello
VICE PRESIDENT MARKETING
Patty DiBello joined NFS Leasing as Vice President of Marketing in 2019. Ms. DiBello brings with her over 20 years of marketing experience, developing strategies and building brands. Prior to joining NFS Leasing, Patty placed her energy and creativity at Fortune 500 brands, including Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. and Staples, Inc. as well as a variety of marketing outsourcing providers and early stage start-up companies. Rich Vassallo joined NFS in November 2012. As a Medical Sales and Finance Executive, Mr. Vassallo provides extensive knowledge and expertise in the Medical Devices, Capital Equipment and Scientific Instruments space, having worked with Diagnostic Imaging vendors; Siemens Medical Systems and Toshiba America Medical Systems.
Michael McClendon
VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Michael McClendon joined NFS Leasing in 2019 as Vice President of Business Development. Michael holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and a BBA from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business and brings over 30 years of commercial finance experience to NFS.

ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
Dan Salstein joined NFS Leasing in 2018 as Associate Counsel. Prior to joining, Mr. Salstein received a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law in 2010 and was admitted to Massachusetts State Bar the same year. He brings 9 years of experience with him, from practicing law in and around Boston to now focusing on managing NFS’s litigation.

Chris O’Neill
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Chris O’Neill joined NFS Leasing as a Senior Accountant in 2019. As a Senior Accountant, he focuses on assisting accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Mr. O’Neill brings over ten years of accounting experience from a diverse set of companies. He graduated from Nichols College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and from Endicott College with an MBA with a focus in Finance. .
Derek Howell
LEASING MANAGER
Derek Howell is a leasing administrator with NFS Leasing, responsible for documentation, sales support, and ushering the lease through its life cycle, from credit decision to funding. Prior to joining NFS in 2014, Derek held positions with the YMCA and served in an operations and vendor support role with TimePayment Corporation.
Heather Lee
LEASING ADMINISTRATOR
Heather joined NFS Leasing in August 2015, starting out as a Sales Support and Contracts Assistant. Within a short amount of time, she began her transition into the Contracts department as a Leasing Administrator who is responsible for documentation, sales support, and seeing leases through from credit decision to funding.

Dana Nicolau has joined NFS Leasing in April 2014 as Leasing Administrator. Prior to joining NFS, Dana held administrative and management positions with companies both in the United States and Eastern Europe including roles at the Chamber of Commerce of Moldova, Westin Chicago Northwest Hotel and Trump National Doral.

LEASING ADMINISTRATOR
Emily Ackerman joined NFS Leasing as a Leasing Administrator in January 2019. Ms. Ackerman assists the NFS team with the documentation of leases, ensuring the leasing process is smooth from start to finish. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Salem State University in May 2018.
Christine Minaya
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Christine Minaya is an accountant at NFS Leasing, and assists in accounting operations of the company, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting and tax compliance. Prior to joining NFS in 2014, Christine spent a few years as a public accounting auditor, where she audited and prepared tax returns for many non-public companies from various industries.
Kimberly Ma
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Kimberly Ma is an accountant at NFS Leasing. In May 2016, Kimberly joined NFS after graduating from Salem State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. In her spare time, Kimberly likes reading, exploring new places, and spending time with her nephews.
Ashley Silva
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Ashley joined NFS Leasing August 2017 as a Staff Accountant. Prior to joining NFS, Ashley received a B.S in Business Administration from Salem State University and had spent 4 years as an Accountant for a large manufacturing company where she worked closely with Fixed Assets and Cost Analysis. At NFS Leasing Ashley’s role consists of a variety of accounting operations of the company, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial reporting. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the movies and traveling to new places.
Meghan Blais
SALES ASSISTANT
Meghan Blais joined NFS Leasing in 2016 as a Sales Assistant. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Salem University in 2004 and entered the workforce immediately after. Having over a decade of experience in office management and executive assisting, Meghan assists NFS Leasing with office management duties, while also supporting the legal team.

Brian Hunter joined NFS Leasing in 2019 as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Mr. Hunter brings with him experience in operating and managing a range of marketing projects with a focus on digital. He graduated in 2016 with a Bachelors' Degree in Marketing from the Jack Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing.
